Health Screening Executive - Female Comprehensive Package — What's included

Preparation

General Preparation for Health Screening
What to Bring
  • Please bring your previous medical records, vaccination book, X-ray, MRI, or CT scan results (if available), glasses (if you wear them), or a contact lens case (if you use contact lenses).
  • Carry a valid identification card (Passport, KTP, or Driver's License).
  • Please bring comfortable athletic attire and appropriate running shoes if your examination package includes a treadmill test. For your convenience, we also provide athletic shoes in sizes 37 to 44.
General Advice
  • Fast for 10-12 hours before your health screening appointment. Drinking plain water is allowed. Fasting helps ensure accurate results for blood tests, including glucose, cholesterol, and triglycerides.
  • Inform our staff of any medications you are currently taking before undergoing any health screening procedures (via the pre-visit screening form).
  • If you are scheduled for an MSCT cardiac examination, discontinue Metformin and SGLT2 inhibitors 48 hours before the test.
3. For Female Participant
  • Schedule your appointment around day 10-14 of your menstrual cycle, approximately one week after your last day of menstruation.
  • If you are menstruating on the day of your appointment, inform the receptionist upon arrival. You will not be able to undergo urine and/or stool tests or a Pap smear, as the presence of blood may lead to inaccurate results.

  • Do not proceed with X-rays or CT scans if there is a possibility that you are pregnant.
2. Ultrasound
  • You will be asked to lie on an examination bed.
  • An ultrasound gel will be applied to the area being examined. This gel does not stain and can be wiped off easily.
  • A probe will be moved over the examination area. There should be no pain or discomfort.
3. Abdominal Ultrasound
  • Do not eat for at least 4–6 hours before the examination.
  • If you are a smoker, refrain from smoking on the day of your appointment until after the ultrasound is completed.
4. MRI
  • Inform our staff if you have any pacemaker, implants, or dentures.
  • Please inform our staff if you have claustrophobia (fear of confined space) prior to the examination day.
5. CT Calcium Scoring
  • Not currently having cardiac ring or stent implanted.
  • Not currently pregnant.
  • Refrain from caffeine and alcohol within 24 hours prior to the day of the test.
  • Avoid heavy physical exercise within 24 hours prior to the day of the test.
