Measures the CK-MB fraction of creatine kinase, more specific to heart muscle. Used in suspected myocardial damage.
Preparation
Do not eat for 12 hours before the test. Avoid physical and emotional stress 30 minutes before the test. Do not smoke for 30 minutes before the test.
