Preparation
1–2 days before the test:
- Avoid sexual intercourse
- Do not perform vaginal douching
- Do not use vaginal suppositories, creams, or gels
- Tests should not be done during menstruation
- Perform regular hygiene (no antiseptics)
- Fasting is not required
- Do not urinate for 2–3 hours before the test
