Frequently asked questions

Who gives the vaccinations?

Vaccinations are given by licensed medical facilities and medical staff of HealthBali partner clinics, who are responsible for the service. HealthBali does not provide medical services; we coordinate the booking.

Who decides which vaccine I need?

Your doctor does. HealthBali does not recommend vaccines or set a vaccination schedule – we organise the visit you ask for. Indications and contraindications are subject to medical evaluation.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Tell us as early as you can and we will move the appointment. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Finance Policy; the facility may apply its own rules for late changes.

Will my insurance cover the cost?

Coverage depends on your policy. Clinics provide standard medical documents and receipts. HealthBali does not provide insurance advice and cannot guarantee reimbursement.

What happens to my data?

We use your details only to arrange and coordinate the visit you requested, and share them with the chosen facility for that purpose. Handling of personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy.
